Amends ss. 7(1), 39(1) and 64(1) of the 1983 Act in regard to capital shares in mixed companies. Substitutes s. 95(1) on the composition of the board of directors of mixed joint-stock companies, which shall include 9 members, two of whom represent working people in the company.
