Provides a consolidated version of the following orders: Order No. 16 of 23 December 1994, Order No. 26 of 20 January 1992 and Order No. 495 of 21 October 1991. Identifies a number of substances damaging health. Sets upper limits to concentration of such substances at the work place. Calls on employers to progressively eliminate substances causing cancer from the production processes. Obliges enterprises to introduce technical means, technological and organisational changes in order to avoid exceeding the highest acceptable concentrations. |
