| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the title of this Cabinet Order to read "Order made under the Law concerning the Promotion of Employment, etc., of Physically Handicapped Persons". Raises the physically handicapped persons' employment quota to 2 per cent in national and local Government, to 1.9 per cent in Government enterprises, to 1.6 per cent in the private sector and to 1.9 per cent in certain entities with a special legal status. Also raises the standard employment quota to 1.6 per cent; this is the basis for calculating the amount of contributions for the employment of physically handicapped persons. |
