Abstract/Citation: Sets out the contents of studies required in certain cases concerning occupational safety and health measures. Establishes the obligatory nature of the criteria in this area, particularly for workplaces and hazardous work, including a regular medical examination, training and instruction and compensation for workers affected. Regulates the responsibilities of the employer in the event of occupational accidents and sickness (Chapter III), the rights and obligations of the employer and worker (Chpater IV) and the responsibilities of the public authorities (Chpater V) and the trade union organisations (Chapter VI), in particular with regard to the supervision of the application of provisions in this area.
