| Abstract/Citation: | This Agreement applies to the following legislation: a) with respect to Canada: (i) the Old Age Security Act and the regulations made thereunder, and (ii) the Canada Pension Plan and the regulations made thereunder; b) with respect to Mexico: the mandatory and voluntary schemes for which provision is made in the "Ley del Seguro Social" (Social Security Act), as they relate to benefits derived from insurance against invalidity, old age, mandatory retirement and death. |
