Amends the Unemployment Insurance Act (LS 1971 - Can. 4) principally concerning entitlement to benefits (qualifying period). Also contains provisions regarding re-examination of entitlement to benefits (ss. 4 and 5) and beneficiaries' appeal rights in this respect (s. 6).
