Abstract/Citation: Establishes a Women's Skills Development Board with the purpose of training women and integrating them into business and income-generating services. For this purpose, the Board shall inter alia identify traditional skills of women living in the Taria and Himalayan regions, provide them with raw materials and arrange for export of traditional products, develop local technologies and arrange for financial assistance.
