Part II contains general provisions; Part III relates to the composition and jurisdiction of arbitral tribunals. Part IV governs conduct of arbitral proceedings. Arbitral awards and the termination of proceedings are covered in Part V. Part VI regulates the recourse to higher courts against arbitral awards; Part VII covers the recognition and enforcement of awards.
