Abstract/Citation: Order adopted by the Ordinance No. 72 of 1986 of the Council of Ministers and the Central Committee of Bulgarian Trade Unions. It deals with the placement of persons with a reduced working capacity (Part I) and of workers who are pregnant or nursing infants (Part II). Part III contains specific rules on disabled workers engaged in special workshops. The transitional and final provisions specify that this Decision, which entered into force on 1 Jan. 1987, has been issued in application of the Labour Code and that it repeals the Decision of 17 Dec. 1963, as amended by the Decision of 25 Oct. 1965.
