| Abstract/Citation: | Paragraph 49 (8) provides that upon registration of a cooperative society under this Ordinance, the registration under the Cooperative Societies Ordinance (1950) or the Native Economic Development Ordinance (1951-52) is cancelled without the necessity for winding up. Applied by the 1962 Savings and Loan Societies Regulations. |
