Section 307 provides that the computation of social security benefit amounts shall not be modified under the windfall elimination provision of the Social Security Act or if a person is the recipient of social security benefits of another country, provided that the recipient is entitled to social security benefits only through a totalization agreement between the U.S. and another country. Section 308 relates to the computation of benefit amounts of persons receiving benefits based on military service. Made to reflect provisions of the Social Security Independence and Program Improvements Act 1994.
