Abstract/Citation: Establishes a new part 498, which will serve as a repository for the Social Security Administration's existing civil monetary penalty authorities and which will reflect and implement new civil monetary penalty authorities provided under the Social Security Independence and Program Improvements Act of 1994. Specifically, relocates existing regulations for misuse of Social Security program words, letters, symbols and emblems.
