Abstract/Citation
Amends provisions of Immigration (Education) Act 1971 defining certain persons not entitled to tuition. Amends, inter alia, section 72 of Migration Act 1958, outlining the powers of the Minister to determine an eligible non-citizen. Repeals Migration (Delayed Visa Applications) Tax Act 1992 and provides transitional legislation. Also repeals sections 17 and 18 of Migration Legislation Amendment Act (No. 6) 1995.
