Abstract/Citation: Personnel representation committees correspond to the works committee concerning the Industrial Constitution. These norms are applicable to all employees of the public service. A personnel representation committee must be created in offices with at least five permanent employees, irrespective of their occupational classification as civil servant, employee or worker.
