Abstract/Citation: Establishes the Kish Island free zone, the Qeshm Island free zone and the Chah Bahar free zone. The zones shall be administered by a board of directors, chosen by the Cabinet (s. 6). Rules regarding employment, insurance and social security, and the issuance of visas shall be governed by working procedures approved by the Cabinet (s. 12).
