Abstract/Citation: Amends Table I of paragraph (e)(1), the compliance Implementation Schedule, of the final rule on occupational exposure to lead (29 CFR 1910.1025) to reflect the possibility of the brass and bronze ingot manufacturing industry of achieving lower air lead levels. The Table is also amended to lift judicial stays for certain industries. Industries affected by the lifting of the stay must implement engineering and work practice controls in accordance with paragraph (e)(1), as amended.
