| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for the establishment and regulation of import and export free zones. Part VI contains incentives for investors, including employment practices. Free zone developers and enterprises shall be free to negotiate and establish contracts of employment, provided such terms of employment are consistent with I.L.O. standards (section 34 (1)). |
