| Abstract/Citation: | Provides comprehensive regulations for the establishment and operation of technical and vocational training institutions. Part II regulates registration and fees of such institutions. Part III establishes a National Manpower Advisory Council. Part IV sets forth regulations governing apprenticeship programmes and skill certification. The training programmes are to be funded by the Zimbabwe Manpower Development Fund, which is regulated by Parts V and VI. |
