| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes the Zimbabwe Export Processing Zone Authority, the Zimbabwe Export Processing Zone Board, and provides for the establishment of export processing zones and regulations thereto. Section 56 exempts investors operating and employees employed in the zones from the Labour Relations Act, 1985 (No. 16). The attached Schedule defines the powers of the Authority, which include the power to regulate benefits and working conditions in the zones. |
