Abstract/Citation: Amends principal Regulations to take account of amendments to Chapter II-2 of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 (SOLAS 74). Inter alia, regulations govern the integrity of bulkheads, helicopter pads, combustible materials, means of escape and fire fighting equipment.
