Abstract/Citation: Provides for the establishment of export processing zones for the purpose of encouraging the manufacture of export goods. Section 25 provides for a reimbursement of 75 per cent of expenditures incurred by a company in a zone for the training of Namibian citizens. Section 8 suspends the application of the provisions of the Labour Act, 1992 in export processing zones. Labour regulations for export processing zones shall be made separately.
