Abstract/Citation
Provides, inter alia, for patent rights for private enterprises and social associations which do not have the right of legal entity, establishes average prices for patents, according to the type of activity (reduction of 50 per cent for enterprises founded by invalids, old-age pensioners and persons with children aged less than 16).
