Part II addresses contaminated land and abandoned mines. Part III relates to National Parks, Part IV to air quality, and Part V contains miscellaneous provisions relating to, inter alia, national waste strategy, fisheries, evidence collection in pollution offences, and mineral planning. Amends the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
