Abstract/Citation
Title I contains general clauses (concept of firm, field of activity, registered office, representation and registration). Title II defines the different types of enterprises (inter alia private, public, joint stock, limited partnership and limited liability). Title III elaborates the concept of economic association (composition, activities, establishment). Title IV provides for rules applying to foreign enterprises and foreign investment.
