|Abstract/Citation:||Provides for entitlement of employed adopting mother (or sole male adopter) to a minimum period of adoptive leave and additional adoptive leave. An employer may not terminate or suspend an employee while he or she is absent from work on adoptive leave or additional adoptive leave. Also provisions on right to return to work and the right to suitable alternative employment in certain circumstances on return to work.|
