| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for the requirements allowing to a social pension: age of 68 years old completed; legal residence in Cyprus (20 years completed after applicant's 40th birthday or 35 years after 18th birthday); no right for any other pension or any other similar revenue from any source. Monthly payment of the social pension amounts to 70 percent of the basic pension for old age without dependants. In December, an increase of 1/12 of the total amount for the completed year is paied up to the beneficiary. Prior condition is the beneficiary's application in the 3 months starting from the right's acquisition date. |
