| Abstract/Citation: | Amending article 21: any gain from the Treasury of Care is not seized according to the Civil Procedures Law 228/1989. Amending article 29: in the event of employer's conviction for non payment of contributions to the Treasury of Care, the employer is obliged to pay to the Treasury the amount neglected. |
