| Abstract/Citation: | Adds a new article 39a to Law No. 64(I)/1993: any person or his dependants beneficiating at the same time from a social pension according to Law 25(I)/1995 and from a lump sum, does not receive this lump sum paied up to the Treasury of the Republic. Also modifies, inter alia, article 59: the increase paied up to a dependant on the basis of old age, incapacity, widowing, invalidity or benefit of oblivion terminates on the date when the dependant is entitled to a social pension. Under given conditions, the above-mentioned persons is also entitled to maternity, sickness, unemployment or injure benefit. |
