Abstract/Citation: Amends ss. 2, 3, 4 and 7 of the Act and repeals s. 5. In particular, permanently disqualifies members of the Communist Party of the Philippines or any subversive association (as defined) from holding any public office, appointive or elective, and makes them subject to special penalties upon conviction.
