Second Region

Prohibits false and misleading information contained in advertisements seeking workers for employment. An advertisement is subjected to a prior screening by the local Employment Agency Registrar who may refer the matter to the Provicial or Central Employment Agency Registrar. The latter two entities may require a change in the content of the advertisement, forbid its publishing partially or completely or require a rectifying advertisement.
