Amends the Industrial Relations Act, 1993 by repealing in section 2 the definition of public officer and substituting the following definition - ""public officer" means a person holding an office of emolument in a civil capacity in the service of the Government;", by repealing in section 9(1) paragraph (e), and by repealing in section 47(1) the words "section 46(1)" and substituting the words "section 46(2)". |
