Abstract/Citation: Provides that the settlement of complaints (before transformation into industrial relations disputes and severance of working relations) may be conducted at the corporate level through bipartite consultation to achieve consensus among workers themselves, or through their superiors and employers. A settlement may also be conducted through board executives of trade unions registered at the Ministry of Manpower or other labour organizations. Employers and workers have an obligation to strive to prevent complaints from turning into disputes. Includes provisions on procedures to be followed for the settlement of industrial relations disputes and severance of working relations.
