Abstract/Citation: Adds, inter alia, new rules on the filing of applications for Social Security or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits to implement the provisions of section 10302 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1989 (section 10302 provided for the establishment of a "deemed" filing date of an application for benefits under titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act).
