Abstract/Citation
Deals with matters such as determination of Vietnamese nationality, loss of nationality, restoration of nationality, nationality of children in the event of changes to parents' nationality, nationality of adopted children and power to decide questions of nationality. Repeals Decree No. 53/SL of 20 October 1945; Decree No. 73/SL of 7 December 1945; Article 6 of Decree No. 251/SL of 20 August 1948; Decree No. 51/SL of 14 December 1959 and Resolution No. 1043 NQ/TVQH of 8 February 1971 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly.
