| Abstract/Citation: | The primary direction for State youth policy consist for: stimulation by assigning young people to rural areas, supporting young people migrating from rural to urban areas, constructing dwellings, job placement, vocational training of young persons involved in the construction of dwellings, creating enterprises and the organising of trade and welfare facilities. |
