| Abstract/Citation: | Includes measures for the improvement of the the working environment and the prevention of industrial and employment injuries, through the participation of enterprises, associations and trade unions. Covers social insurance (employment accident benefits) and employment contract. Provides for compulsory medical examination, training of workers (especially in arduous working conditions) and special measures for women workers, young workers under the age of 18 years and pregnant women. Includes a chapter on the organisation of the supervision and control of the implementation of the legislation, with the participation of trade unions, and a chapter on responsibility in the event of infringement of this legislation. |
