| Abstract/Citation: | These zones include free customs zones, export processing zones and zones attracting foreign investments. Special arrangements in the field of industrial relations, recruitment and dismissal of workers, salaries (including foreign currency), conditions of work, rest periods, social protection and special compensation are regulated by collective agreements and individual employment contracts and cannot be less favorable than those provided for in the labour legislation of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan and in ILO Conventions. |
