Requires employers who receive a package, transport vehicle, freight container, motor vehicle or rail freight car which contains a hazardous material and which is required to be marked, placarded or labeled in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation's Hazardous Materials Regulations to retain the markings, placards and labels on such packages, vehicles and containers.
