Regulates the conduct of business by foreigners in Thailand. Consists of 32 articles, a list of rates of fees and three schedules A-C. The first two schedules list types of business prohibited for foreigners. The last schedule lists types of businesses subjected to a licensing requirement, the details of which is laid down in the Act.
