Abstract/Citation: Defines labour disputes as rights disputes (over laws, regulations, collective agreement and labour contracts) and adjustments disputes (over conditions of work). Rights disputes can be settled either by conciliation procedures or judicial procedure. Adjustment disputes shall be settled by conciliation or arbitration procedures.
