Abstract/Citation: The aim of education and training under this Regulation includes the deepening of Civilian Civil Servants' loyalty and adherence to Panacila, the Constitution, the State and the Government, while enabling them to meet the standards for appointments to specific positions. Pre-service education is a prerequisite for appointment as a Civilian Civil Servant.
