Abstract/Citation
On 31 January 1994, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued a new standard addressing the work practices to be used during the operation and maintenance of electric power generation, transmission and distribution facilities. In that document, the OSHA also revised the electrical protective equipment requirements contained in the General Industry Standards. This Notice stays the enforcement of some of the requirements contained in the electric power generation standard, corrects language in the preamble explaining the standard and corrects several errors in the standard.
