Abstract/Citation
The Labour Protection Administration shall handle the regional supervision and inspection of labour protection; the functions of the Labour Protection Administration include, inter alia, promotion of safety at work, supervision (through inspections) of adherance to labour protection standards, guidance and cooperation with employers' and employees' organizations in respect of labour protection. Repeals Act (No. 574 of 1972) respecting the administration of workers' protection.
