| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes the Ethiopian Science and Technology Commission with authority to formulate and implement national science and technology policy in accordance with the country's development objectives and upon approval by the central government, to support and encourage the establishment of centres and institutions that undertake research and development activities, to create conditions conducive to supporting the peasant and rural community with science and technology and to encourage and assist active participation by women and the youth in science and technology. |
