Abstract/Citation: Consists of 7 Parts, 28 sections and 2 Schedules. Part I provides for application and forms and process of the court. Part II and III deal with commencing of action and defending or consenting to the action. Part IV concerns witnesses and oaths. Part V regulates enforcement of judgments. Part VI deals with the duties of officers of the court and Part VII governs general matters such as non-compliance with these rules, languages used in proceedings and costs. Made under the Small Claims Court Act, 1992.
