Part II and III deal with commencing of action and defending or consenting to the action. Part IV concerns witnesses and oaths. Part V regulates enforcement of judgments. Part VI deals with the duties of officers of the court and Part VII governs general matters such as non-compliance with these rules, languages used in proceedings and costs. Made under the Small Claims Court Act, 1992. |
