| Abstract/Citation: | Prohibits discrimination based on ancestry, including colour and perceived race; nationality or national origin; ethnic background or origin; religion; age; sex, including pregnancy; sexual orientation; source of income; political beliefs, association or activity; physical or mental disability; or marital or family status, with regard to accommodation, services, employment, tenancy, property purchases or signs and statements. Establishes the Manitoba Human Rights Commission to interpret and apply the Act. |
