Abstract/Citation: Comprehensive act covering labour relations between employers and trade unions. Establishes a labour relations board to adjudicate questions arising under the Act. Provides for rights of employers and employees, certification of trade unions as bargaining representatives. Governs collective bargaining and related disputes. Part 3 deals with similar matters but applies solely to the construction industry.
