Abstract/Citation: Pregnant soldiers may not be obliged to perform extra duty or nightwork. Pregnant soldiers shall not be obliged to perform work involving heavy physical effort or exposure to gas, dust, heat, noise and other dangerous influences. No service shall be demanded of a soldier during the last six weeks of her pregnancy and eight weeks after birth.
