Abstract/Citation
Amends sections 6331(4) and 6361(6) of title 5, United States Code, by substituting the word "leave" for the words "leave (disregarding any advanced leave)". Provides for annual or sick leave accrued by an employee to be transferred to the appropriate leave account of such employee and specifies under what circumstances such leave shall be available. Also provision in respect to employee participation in leave bank and leave transfer programmes. Repeals section 2(d) of the Federal Employees Leave Sharing Act of 1988.
