Provides, inter alia, that the employer is obliged to offer workers with the means (machines, etc.) needed to avoid manual loads. The employer shall also provide workers with training and information on the risks if loads are not carried in the right manner. Made under the Act respecting labour protection (No. 299 of 1958).
